I’ve been playing video games since I was five, when my Dad brought home a NES (Nintendo Entertainment System).  That evolved into a Sega Genesis, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, and just about every handheld you can think of.

I’m still very involved in gaming, but I never get to put in the time with my PC or Xbox 360 that I want to.  It dawned on me the other day that I’m spending most of my game time on my iPhone 4s.  I normally download a new game every few days, and some of those become week-long, sometimes month-long, obsessions.

Whenever a friend switches to an iPhone they’re always asking me which games they should download, and which apps in general.  This is always an overwhelming question for me because there are so many recommendations, and so little time.

What apps should I download?  This is a very common question among new iPhone owners, and I hope to help you answer that question with this site!
